Application for Membership

     Membership in the Association shall be open to residents who reside in the geographical area of Rhawnhurst as defined in the Association's By-Laws. Membership status by an individual is subject to the submission of an application for membership and verification of residency by the Board of Directors. Members are expected to behave in a civil manner towards each other, the Board of Directors and any invited guests. Violations of By-Law rules are subject to suspension or termination of membership as described in Section 2 of Article III of the Associations By-Laws. All   members must be at least Eighteen (18) years of age or older. Membership in good standing is dependent upon timely submission of dues and attendance to at least Three (3) meetings per calendar year.
